Yes, you don’t need to be an elite triathlete to get involved at Tri Fest. Whether you’re a novice looking to challenge yourself or a more serious racer, all of our races can accommodate you. If you do have a question, email us at email@example.com.
The first thing to do is to check your junk folder, if you can’t see your confirmation there then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be able to help you.
If you need to change the race you entered in, please contact email@example.com. If you wish to change up a distance you will be charged the difference in price. If you are changing down a distance you will not be refunded the difference in entry price.

You don’t need to be a member to take part in Tri Fest. However, we would recommend it. Membership offers third-party insurance, legal services, personal accident insurance and includes international race coverage.
If you are a BTF member you must bring your membership card to the event.
If you are not a member you will be asked to pay a fee for a day license which provides you with insurance for personal injury. The cost is £6 for adults and £3 for children, (cash on the day). This is mandatory as we are operating under British Triathlon Federation rules.
Yes, your team in the sprint relay race can be mixed. You don’t have to have an ‘all-male team’ or an ‘all-female’ team. Your team members will have to be at least 15 years old though.
Children aged 3-8 can compete in the Children’s Scootathlon event. All people aged 15 and above can compete in the Sprint and Super Sprint races. To compete in the Olympic events, you will have to be 18 and above.
Yes. We’ll do this after the weekend, using the same email address you signed up to the race for.
Yes, there will be wash facilities for all racers at the festival and other wash facilities will be available.
Yes, there will free parking spaces available. If you own a Jaguar car and will be racing, make sure you let us know in the ticket purchase checkout as you’ll be able to park at a VIP area.

Yes, there is parking at Dorney Lake for all participants and spectators.
Yes, disabled parking will be available next to the festival village for ease of access.
Dogs are very welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
The festival opens at 7am each morning for visitors and registration.
We have three Bell Tent sizes available at the following costs for the whole weekend (Friday to Sunday):
- Two person £330 per tent (£82.50 per person per night)
- Three person £370 per tent (£62 per person per night)
- Four person £420 per tent (£52.50 per person per night)
Each morning, the Glampsite kitchen will be open to prepare your own breakfast or you will have the opportunity to buy breakfast within the Glampsite without the need to leave your comfortable surroundings.
Yes, one hand towel and one bath towel shall be provided per Glampsite guest for the weekend.
